Testimonials
I am in the 2nd grade at junior high school in Fukui. I use Online Sensei every day for 20 minutes. Online Sensei is helping me to study English. It is fun and easy to use.

I am amazed at the excellent quality of the Online Sensei web site materials. The activities are all interesting, informative not only language-wise but culturally too, and the problems are all very good and well-conceived.

I was very impressed by the system which is very easy to understand for Japanese learners, and the variety of activities that'd meet a lot of learners' needs.
Some activities like listening to a girl talking about her daily life are useful for getting familiar with the words frequently used in everyday life. Choosing the word that best matches the situation is very difficult for a language learner, so I think that's a good activity.
I like the listening activities in the Online Sensei web site, because learners can listen to the sentences as many times as they like with a click. Only computers, and of course, good software on them can provide such a convenience.

Online Sensei is different from other web sites. I enjoy reading news about real people and places in English instead of the usual boring imaginary textbook characters. I have learnt many new things (for example about geography!), and my understanding of English has really improved.

When I started using Online Sensei three months ago I could not understand English well. I have used the listening activities a lot, and my confidence has really improved. I am not so worried about listening tests now.

The activities are very easy to understand and fun to do. The sound activities are easy to listen to. Even with words that I know, because I have to type them I often make mistakes. I find spelling difficult, so it is good practice for me. I like things being corrected immediately. I also like only having to correct what I got wrong.
